Update Teachers Informatio in SATS 2023-24
Dear All HM's,
ಶಾಲಾ SATS Login Teacher Management ನಲ್ಲಿ 2023-24 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಡೇಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಲಾಗಿನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ (Teaching Staff only) ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಡೇಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಸೂಚನೆ:
1) ಬೇರೆ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ Transfer ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ , ಅಂತಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು 2023-24 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಅಪ್ಡೇಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ನಂತರ Teacher Status Update ಎಂಬ ಆಪ್ಷನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ಫರ್ ಎಂದು ಮಾರ್ಕ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ನಂತರ ಸದರಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ಫರ್ ಆಗಿರುವ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಹೆಸರು, ಡೈಸ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್ ಹೆಸರು, ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.
2) ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು Death, Retire, VR, Duplicate, Resign ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಂತಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು Teacher Status Update ಎಂಬ ಆಪ್ಷನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
3) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು UPDATE TEACHER DATA ಆಪ್ಷನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪ್ಡೇಟ್ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಅವರ KGID ನಂಬರ್ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ....KGID ಇದ್ದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ORIGINAL DATA.
4) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತು ಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅನ್ನು UPDATE TEACHER DATA ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ NEW TEACHER REGISTRATION ಆಪ್ಷನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.

Update Teachers Information in SATS 2023-24
Dear All HM's,
School SATS Login Teacher Management is allowed to update the information of the teachers who are on duty for the year 2023-24.
All the head teachers have been asked to update the information of teachers (Teaching Staff only) who are performing duty in the current academic line in their login.
Note:
1) In case of transfer to other schools, first update the information of such teacher to the year 2023-24 and then mark it as transfer in the option called Teacher Status Update. Then the said teacher should inform the office of the name of the school to which he is transferred, DICE number, cluster name, taluk name and district name.
2) If the teacher is Death, Retire, VR, Duplicate, Resign then mark the information of such teacher in the option called Teacher Status Update.
3) While updating the teacher information of government schools in UPDATE TEACHER DATA option make sure their KGID number is there....ORIGINAL DATA only if KGID is present.
4) Apart from the government schools, the information of newly joined teachers in the unaided social welfare department schools can be added through NEW TEACHER REGISTRATION option in UPDATE TEACHER DATA.
