However, by following traditional practices, we can prioritize our health and well-being over consumerism.

The main focus of this article is the importance of starting your day off right, especially in regards to drinking water. In India, it is customary to drink hot water or water immediately upon waking up, as water is considered a panacea for all diseases and is the fundamental component of everything. By adding certain elements to water, you can enhance its health benefits and promote overall well-being. So what is it? Let's know those points without delay.

Jinger-Ajwain-Cumin-Coriander seed Juice with added Lemon

To make a healthy drink to start your day, follow these steps:

  • Heat water until it is as hot as you can comfortably drink.
  • Wash 25 to 50 grams of raw ginger and cut it into small pieces.
  • Add half a spoon of ajwain, half a spoon of cumin seeds, and half a spoon of coriander seeds to a mixer jar with a little water and grind until it becomes a fine powder.
  • Squeeze the juice from the ginger-cumin-coriander mixture into a container.
  • Squeeze the juice and mix it with the ginger juice.
  • Add rock salt to taste and stir to prepare the drink.
  • Mix half a litre of hot water with the juice to make the drink.
  • Drink the mixture slowly, like you would drink tea.
  • Wait at least 45 minutes before eating any food.

Wait until you naturally feel the urge to urinate or have a bowel movement before resuming your daily activities. After 45 minutes, you can drink plain water again. If you follow this routine consistently for the period of three months, you'll start seeing positive changes in your health by the end of the third month. You may notice that your runny nose disappears and your fever subsides.

For people with high blood pressure or sugar, it is important to be cautious while consuming this drink as it contains sour and salty ingredients. If you are dealing with such health conditions, it is recommended to avoid adding the lemon juice and rock salt to the drink. Simply consume the ginger-ajawain-cumin-coriander mixture with hot water without any additions. It is always better to consult with a healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, especially if you have existing health conditions.
